Downloading an Attachment

Function Description

Users can download and view the uploaded attachments in the service ticket details.

Attachments can be downloaded in batches. Use commas (,) to separate multiple attachment IDs. A maximum of 10 attachments are supported. Attachments downloaded in batches are in the compressed package format.
