容灾演练后置检查

容灾数据库实例执行完容灾switchover后，通过 OM Agent URI /v1/om/agent/mgr/cluster/dr_cluster_postcheck检查数据库实例状态，数据库实例类型，容灾状态等信息，并上报未参与容灾切换或者容灾升主的实例ID等。相关信息用于接口调用方核查流程执行结果，决策修复策略。

接口返回结果示例：

• cluster_state：数据库实例状态。
• hadr_cluster_stat：容灾状态。
• not_in_switchover_instance_ids：未参与主备倒换的组件实例ID。
• incorrect_params_instance_ids：参数配置错误的组件实例ID。
• hadr_primary_cluster_name：当前容灾中主数据库实例的数据库实例名称。
