# 开启API配置（V3.3.34.0及以上版本支持）
开启API配置后，将支持通过API调用方式使用堡垒机。
#### 前提条件
用户已获取"系统"模块管理权限。
#### 操作步骤
1. [登录堡垒机系统](https://support.huaweicloud.com/usermanual-cbh/cbh_02_0003.html)。
2. 选择"系统 \> 系统配置 \> 安全配置"，进入系统安全配置管理页面。
3. 在"API配置"模块的右侧，单击"编辑"，进入"API配置"页面。
4. 单击![](https://support.huaweicloud.com/usermanual-cbh/zh-cn_image_0000002172895905.png)，开启API配置。
5. 单击"确定"，配置生效。
