# 硬件安装
#### 挂墙安装
具体的装箱物品请以实物为准。本包装内的部件只可与本包装内的主机配套使用。拆箱后如果发现部件有损坏、缺失或浸水等情况，请联系技术支持。

1. 请自备以下安装工具。

2. 使用铅笔、水平仪定位支架安装位置，标注螺钉孔位。 
   1. 请在垂直称重且厚度大于20cm的实心砖墙或混凝土墙上安装，其他墙体需加固和验证后再安装。墙体验证方法参考：壁挂支架安装完成后进行4倍称重测试（86寸承载360kg），测试时间1分钟，无螺钉松动、变形等异常即可。
   
   2. 主机外边框四周和墙框之间请预留100mm的散热间隙。

   - 挂墙安装场景下：1620mm：支架顶端离地面的距离，确保最佳视角。
   
   - 嵌墙安装场景下：
     1. 墙框下沿地面的距离
     
     2. 支架顶端离墙框下沿的距离
     
     3. 支架左端离墙框左沿的距离
     
     4. 墙框深度
     
     5. 墙框宽度
     
     6. 墙框高度
      
    
   
   

3. 在墙体标注处固定膨胀螺栓。

4. 使用电批锁紧螺钉，固定挂墙支架。

5. 在主机背部安装OPS（安装或卸载OPS，请确认主机处于下电状态，否则可能导致OPS异常）。

6. 在主机背部安装葫芦挂钉和支撑钉，确保四颗钉拧紧到位。

   安装时请将主机竖直放置在泡沫或者软垫上。
   
   
7. 挂装主机，将葫芦挂钉卡入支架对应安装卡位。

   1. 挂装时避免按压屏幕，以防屏幕损坏。
   
   2. 如因屏幕朝下长时间放置导致的屏幕异常，可尝试将屏幕朝上放置10秒左右，检查是否恢复。
   
   3. 安装完成后，确保屏幕与地面保持垂直状态，避免因屏幕倾斜导致异常。
    
   
   
#### 落地安装

1. 检查滚轮，确保4个滚轮处于锁定状态。

2. 安装人字支架。 
   1. 预安装图示6颗螺丝钉到人字形支架上，预留大约8mm空隙，用于挂装横梁和横梁框。

   2. 将横梁和横梁框挂装在人字形支架上，然后拧紧螺钉。

   3. 安装图示6颗螺钉后，拧紧支架上所有螺钉。

3. 在主机背部安装OPS。

4. 在主机背部安装葫芦挂钉。

5. 请至少4人搬抬主机并挂至支架。

6. 解锁滚轮，将设备推放到合适位置。

   安装支架后，如需长距离运输或货车运输，请将支架和主机拆装后，分别包装好了再运输。
