Impact on the System
The device may be powered off because of power insufficiency.
Possible Causes
Cause 1: The power switch on the power module is turned off.
Cause 2: No power cable is connected to the power module.
Cause 3: The output voltage of the external power supply system is out of the input voltage range required for the chassis.
Procedure
- Check that the power module is connected to the external power supply system correctly and turn on the power switch of the power module. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
If so, the alarm handling ends.
If not, go to step 2.
- Check whether the output voltage of the external power supply system is within the input voltage range required for the chassis. For the input voltage ranges required for each chassis, see Hardware Description > Chassis > Specifications.
If not, ask power line maintenance personnel to check the power supply lines.
If so, go to step 3.
- Contact technical support personnel.
