Impact on the System

When the NETCONF database of the device is abnormal, the device does not respond to the configuration delivered by SDN controlleriMaster NCE-Campus.

Procedure

  1. Restart the device at a proper time and manually clear the alarm.

    • If the alarm is cleared, go to step 3.
    • If the alarm persists, go to step 2.

  2. Collect alarm messages, log messages, and configurations, and then contact technical support personnel.
  3. End.
