问题现象：

在Kafka Manager中无法创建topic，报错：Yikes! Insufficient partition balance when creating topic : projectman_project_enterprise_project Try again.

问题原因：Topic分区超过限制，不能继续创建Topic。

处理方法：建议扩大实例规格，实例规格增加，分区数也会相应增加。
