Overview
The lightweight web chat control is a customer-side online customer service product that can be quickly integrated into websites. Currently, only web integration on PCs is supported. You can use our product to quickly build an intelligent online customer service system in the CEC SaaS (Software as a Service) system to chat with customers online on web pages. Figure 1 and Figure 2 show the pages of our product.
The lightweight web chat control provides the function of chatting with customers online on web pages. The features are as follows:
- It is lightweight, easy to be integrated into your web pages, and does not occupy the main pages of portals and workbenches.
- It is easy to operate. Customers can easily find the customer service window and chat with online agents on the page.
Before using this document, you need to learn about the following two customer authentication modes:
- Token mode: Used in scenarios where access customers need to be authenticated.
- Authorization mode: Guest mode that is used in scenarios where access customers are not authenticated.
