Synchronizing the Status of a Lite Server

Description

A Lite Server common node is an ECS or BMS. After modifying the server status or disk information on the ECS or BMS, you can click Synchronize to synchronize the server status and disk information to ModelArts Lite Server.

The child node of a Lite Server supernode is an ECS. If you modify the disk information of the child node on ECS, you can click Synchronize to synchronize the disk information to ModelArts Lite Server.

Constraints

  • The server status and disk information can be synchronized for common nodes (ECSs or BMSs).
  • For a supernode, the parent node server status cannot be synchronized.
  • For a supernode, only the disk information of its child nodes can be synchronized.
  • For child nodes of a supernode, modifying the server status (such as restarting or powering off) via the ECS console is not supported.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the ModelArts console. In the navigation pane, choose Resource Management > Lite Servers.
    • New console: In the navigation pane, choose Resource Management > Lite Compute Resources > Lite Servers.
    • Old console: In the navigation pane, choose Resource Management > Lite Servers.
  2. In the resource list, locate the target common node or supernode and choose More > Synchronize in the Operation column. A message will be displayed, indicating that the query task has been delivered and the instance details are being synchronized. Alternatively, go to the Lite Server details page, and click Synchronize.

If "Instance details synchronized" is displayed, the synchronization is complete.
