lastBackupAgeValue: The required backup time interval (in hours) for ECSs. |
Application Scenarios
CBR enables you to back up ECSs and disks with ease. In case of a virus attack, accidental deletion, or software or hardware fault, you can restore data to any point in the past when the data was backed up. For details, see CBR Backup Overview.
If the backup interval is too long, data loss risks increase. If data is damaged or lost between two backups, all changes and new data generated during this period will be lost. This may have a serious impact on services.
Solution
Create backups for your ECSs. For details, see Creating a Server Backup. Set an automatic backup policy to meet compliance requirements. For details, see Policy Management Overview.
Rule Logic
- If an ECS has a backup created within the specified period, this ECS is compliant.
- If an ECS does not have a backup created within the specified period, this ECS is non-compliant.
