Application Scenarios
When you are purchasing an RDS instance, you need to specify the CPU and memory configurations based on service requirements. If the specifications are too high, expenses will be wasted. If the specifications are too low, services will be interrupted.

Solution
Scale up or down the CPU and memory of an RDS instance as required. For details, see Changing a DB Instance Class.
