Operation Audit

DAS records the login, logout, creation, deletion, and query operations. The records include the username, function module, operation content, database name, cluster information, login database name, operation time, and execution status.

Operation record viewing

  1. Log in to the DAS console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select a region and project.
  3. Click in the upper left corner, and under Databases, click Data Admin Service.
  4. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Development Tool.

    You can also click Go to Development Tool on the overview page.

  5. Locate the DB instance that you want to log in to and click Log In in the Operation column.
  6. On the top menu bar, choose Operation Audit.
  7. Search for operation records by operation type or operation time.

Exporting Audit Records

The export function allows you to filter data in the audit list and export it to a CSV file in asynchronous mode. That is, you need to save the file to OBS and then download it to a local PC.

  1. Log in to the DAS console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select a region and project.
  3. Click in the upper left corner, and under Databases, click Data Admin Service.
  4. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Development Tool.

    You can also click Go to Development Tool on the overview page.

  5. Locate the DB instance that you want to log in to and click Log In in the Operation column.
  6. On the top menu bar, choose Operation Audit.
  7. Click Export in the upper right corner to add an asynchronous export task.
  8. Click View Export History in the upper right corner of the list to view the asynchronous export progress. Wait until the task is complete.
  9. In the View Export History dialog box, locate the row that contains the target task and click Download in the Operation column to download the CSV file to the local PC.

Deleting Export Records

  1. Log in to the DAS console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select a region and project.
  3. Click in the upper left corner, and under Databases, click Data Admin Service.
  4. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Development Tool.

    You can also click Go to Development Tool on the overview page.

  5. Locate the DB instance that you want to log in to and click Log In in the Operation column.
  6. On the top menu bar, choose Operation Audit.
  7. Click View Export History in the upper right corner of the list.
  8. Select export tasks and click Delete Task in the upper right corner of the list. You can determine whether to delete files in the OBS bucket at the same time. Select Delete files in the OBS bucket as required.
