Checking a VPC Border Firewall
Scenario
You can view VPC protection information on the Inter-VPC Border Firewalls page of CFW.
Prerequisites
Enable VPC border firewall protection. For details, see Enabling VPC Border Traffic Protection.
Viewing VPC Border Firewall Information
- Log in to the CFW console.
- Click
in the upper left corner of the management console and select a region or project. - (Optional) Switch to another firewall instance. If there are multiple firewall instances, you can select a desired instance from the drop-down list in the upper left corner of the page.
- In the navigation pane, choose Assets > Inter-VPC Border Firewalls.
- Check VPC information and protection status. Figure 1 VPC firewall management
- Enterprise router firewall:
- You can check the inspection VPC, the number of protected VPCs, the total protection capacity, the VPC border protection bandwidth, the firewall status, the enterprise router, and the custom private IP address segment.
- You can change the firewall status and edit the private IP address segment.
For details about how to disable VPC border protection, see Disabling VPC Border Protection. For details about how to edit a private IP address segment, see Adding Private CIDR Blocks.
- Resource list:
- In the protected VPC list, you can check the names, IDs, and types of protected resources.
- In the protected resource list, you can search for or filter resources.
After the filtering is successful, you can click the save icon next to the filter box. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter a filter set name and click OK to save the current filter criteria as a quick filter set. This set will be displayed in the drop-down list for quick reuse.
- You can click the setting button in the upper right corner of the list to configure the columns to be displayed in the list.
