Editing the Voice and Video Workbench

Editing the Voice and Video Workbench
Agents can set their own voice and video workbench layouts.
Prerequisites
The agent has permissions on the voice and video workbench.
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC as a common agent.
- Open the voice and video workbench.
The voice and video workbench can be opened in either of the following ways:
- Choose .
- After the agent signs in, the voice and video workbench is automatically opened.
- Click
. The page for editing the voice and video workbench layout is displayed.
- Click
and select a card. - Click Save.
- Click Publish.
