    Events are things that need intervention. When events occur, they are handled through a process. How to communicate the activity status with teams? Who is responsible for response and handling? What tools are used to mitigate the events? All these questions need to be answered and a reliable response is required in the process. The process must be centralized and accessible to all involved in the workload. If there is no document storage, you can use the source code version control mechanism.

    Automated event responses are necessary to save time for service delivery and innovation. First, build a repeatable process and mitigate or solve the fundamental issues to improve efficiency.
