Checking AOM Alarms or Events
The Alarm List page allows you to query and handle alarms and events, so that you can quickly detect, locate, and rectify faults.
Function Introduction
- The alarm list provides the following key functions:
- Alarm list: Check alarm information by alarm severity in a graph.
- Advanced filtering: Filter alarms by alarm severity, source, or keyword in the search box. By default, alarms are filtered by alarm severity.
- Alarm clearance: Clear alarms one by one or in batches.
- Alarm details: Check the alarm object and handling suggestions in the alarm details. Handling suggestions are provided for all alarms.
- The event list provides the following key functions:
- Event list: Check event information by event severity in a graph.
- Advanced filtering: Filter events by event severity, source, or keyword in the search box. By default, events are filtered by event severity.
Constraints
- The alarms triggered by metric alarm rules last for five days by default. After five days, they will be automatically cleared and become historical alarms.
- When you go to the the alarm list page, a dialog box is displayed, asking you whether to enable alarm rule execution recording. You can directly enable it or go to the global settings page to enable it. If this function is enabled, execution records of Prometheus and log monitoring alarm rules will be reported to the alarm-execution-history log stream under the lts-system log group. You can view the historical execution conditions of alarm rules, alarm trigger status, and notification status, content, and channels. This may generate some fees. For details about LTS billing, see Billing Items. If you do not need to view alarm rule execution records, select Do not show again.
Procedure

Checking the details and execution records of an alarm rule
On the Alarms tab page, check the alarm rule details and execution records of the active alarms whose sources are LTS and AOM. (The Events tab page does not provide the alarm rule details or execution records.)
- Click View Execution Record in the Operation column of the target alarm rule. On the Alarm Rule Details page, switch to the Current Rule tab to check the current alarm rule.
- Click View Execution Record in the Operation column of the target alarm rule. On the Alarm Rule Details page, switch to the Execution Records tab to check parameters such as Trigger Result, Notification Status, and Notification Type.

- If the notification function is configured for AOM metric alarm rules or APM alarm rules, only the notification content sent for the first time will be recorded. Duplicate alarm and notification details will not be recorded.
- If an alarm notification is sent through voice calls, FunctionGraph (functions), or WeLink, the notification content cannot be viewed.
- If Recipient is set to Notification Group during alarm notification configuration and an alarm notification is triggered later, the notification status displayed on the Execution Records page is No subscription. (Notification groups depend on Cloud Eye. AOM cannot obtain the notification status.)
