Does DMS for RabbitMQ Support Delayed Message Delivery?

RabbitMQ 3.x.x has discontinued the delayed message plug-in. You are advised to use scheduled messages of RabbitMQ AMQP-0-9-1 or scheduled/delayed messages of DMS for RocketMQ.
