Can RabbitMQ Instances Be Scaled Up?

RabbitMQ 3.8.35: Single-node instances support storage space expansion and specification scaling. Cluster instances support storage space and broker quantity expansion, and specification scaling.
RabbitMQ AMQP-0-9-1 supports storage space and instance specification expansion.
