When to Renew Subscriptions

After a yearly/monthly subscription expires, you will be billed on a pay-per-use basis. If you want to continue using the package, you need to renew the subscription on the Renewals page.

Only yearly/monthly subscriptions can be renewed. If you use UCS resources on a pay-per-use basis, just ensure that your account has a valid payment method configured or a top-up account with a sufficient balance.

How to Renew Subscriptions

UCS allows you to renew a yearly/monthly subscription on the UCS console, as shown in Table 1.

Manually Renewing a UCS Package	Clusters managed by UCS	You can renew a yearly/monthly subscription on the UCS console at any time before the billing mode is automatically changed to pay-per-use after the subscription term ends.
Automatically Renewing a UCS Package	Clusters managed by UCS	You can enable auto-renewal to automatically renew a yearly/monthly subscription before it expires. This prevents resources from being deleted in case you forget to renew a subscription.
