Changing Specifications
Background
You can upgrade your current edition to a higher specification. You will need to pay the price difference. The remaining service period is calculated by dividing the remaining days (excluding February 29 in leap years) by 365 (excluding the day of change). Renewals will be based on the new edition.
Upgrade fee = Price of the new edition × Remaining duration – Price of the old edition × Remaining duration
Remaining duration: Calculate the remaining validity period based on the actual remaining validity period.
Example: If you purchased a 3-year subscription (November 1, 2023 to November 1, 2026) of Huawei Cloud Astro Zero and changed its specification on May 1, 2024, then the remaining duration would be as follows: Remaining duration in 2024 + Remaining duration in 2025 + Remaining duration in 2026 = 244/365 + 1 + 305/365 = 2.50 years
Procedure
- Log in to the Huawei Cloud Astro Zero console.
- In the list of instances, locate the instance you just purchased and click Upgrade.
