TRF.0027 & TRF.0031 Fails to list source objects.
Symptom
During the migration, the system displays a message indicating that objects cannot be listed. The migration task cannot continue. This issue occurs during the listing of source buckets.
Possible Causes
- The source bucket contains objects whose names contain special characters. As a result, the listing request fails to be parsed. Such special characters include spaces and the following: #?%&+
- The source account does not have the ListBucket permission on the source bucket. As a result, the system cannot initiate the listing request.
Solution
- Check whether the source bucket contains objects whose names contain special characters.
- Rename necessary objects. Include only standard characters in their names, such as letters, digits, hyphens (-), and underscores (_).
- Delete other objects.
- Include the ListBucket permission in the IAM policy of the source account.
After the preceding operations are complete, restart the migration task.
