Can Other Users Access My Data Stored in OBS?

Yes.

Bucket ACLs and bucket policies can be used to grant other users read access to your buckets.
For objects, you can grant other users read permissions for objects in your bucket by configuring object ACLs, object policies, or bucket policies.
