Before You Start

All services and solutions of Huawei Qiankun can be purchased offline, and some of them can be purchased online.

Online purchase: Customers purchase services on the Huawei Cloud KooGallery on their own. Then, the services are automatically activated for customers to use.
Offline purchase: Huawei product managers or channel partners purchase services for customers using the UniSTAR Smart Configuration Tool (SCT). Customers need to activate the services on the Huawei Qiankun platform based on license information, such as license entitlement IDs.

This document mainly describes the license information involved in offline purchase scenarios.
