What Permissions Are Required to Use FRS?

Once you have subscribed to the FRS service on the management console, you can immediately start using FRS without the need for any additional permission configurations.
To utilize data stored on OBS, simply grant FRS access to your OBS through the FRS management console.
FRS supports fine-grained policies of IAM.
