EIP
Description
This parameter is available only when Billing Mode is set to Pay-per-use. An EIP is a static public IP address bound to a server in a VPC. Using the EIP, the server provides services externally.
You can select one of the following options as needed:
- Automatically assign: The system automatically assigns an EIP with a dedicated bandwidth to the server. The bandwidth is configurable.
- Use existing: An existing EIP is assigned to the server.
- Not required: The server cannot communicate with the Internet and can only be used to deploy services or clusters in a private network.
If an existing EIP is selected, you cannot create servers in batches.
