Restrictions on Buying Cold HDD EVS Disks

  • Cold HDD EVS disks do not support encryption or disk type change.
  • Based on the Huawei Cloud EVS SLA, the service availability rate commitment and service compensation standard of cold HDD EVS disks are adjusted as follows:
    • Service availability rate commitment

      Huawei Cloud will make commercially and technically reasonable efforts to ensure that the service availability rate of a cold HDD disk per service cycle is not less than 99%.
