Development Process

This document describes HBase application development based on the Java API.

For information about each phase in the development process, see Figure 1 and Table 1.

Understand the basic concepts.	Before developing an application, learn basic concepts of HBase and understand the scenario requirements and design tables.	Common Concepts
Prepare the development and operating environment.	The Java language is recommended for the development of HBase applications. The IntelliJ IDEA tool can be used. Develop projects based on scenarios.	An example project based on the Java language is provided, including creating a table, writing data into the table, and deleting the table.	Developing an Application
Compile and run the application.	Compile the developed application and submit it for running.	Application Commissioning
