Common Neighbors of Vertex Sets
You can use a specific API provided by GES to run the commonNeighborsOfVertexSets algorithm. The sample code is as follows:
public void commonNeighborsOfVertexSets(GraphClient graphClient) throws ApiException { CommonNeighborsOfVertexSetsParameters commonNeighborsOfVertexSetsParameters = new CommonNeighborsOfVertexSetsParameters(); commonNeighborsOfVertexSetsParameters.setSources("Vivian"); commonNeighborsOfVertexSetsParameters.setTargets("Katherine"); AlgorithmReq algorithmReq = new AlgorithmReq(); algorithmReq.setAlgorithmName(AlgorithmNames.COMMON_NEIGHBORS_OF_VERTEX_SETS); // Algorithm name algorithmReq.setParameters(commonNeighborsOfVertexSetsParameters); // Algorithm parameters // Execute the algorithm based on the specified parameters. AsyncAPIResp asyncAPIResp = graphClient.algorithmQuery(algorithmReq); // Query job status by job ID. QueryJobReq queryJobReq = new QueryJobReq(); queryJobReq.setJobId(asyncAPIResp.getJobId()); GesResponse gesResponse = graphClient.queryAsyncTask(queryJobReq); System.out.println(gesResponse); }
