What Should I Do If the Message "Only Accessible by Private Network Access" Is Displayed When I Log In to CodeArts?

Symptom

When you log in to CodeArts, the message "Only accessible by private network" is displayed, as shown in the following figure.

Cause Analysis

The private network setting is enabled. Only the IP addresses in the fixed IP address segment or the fixed VPC can access CodeArts.

Solution

  • Contact the tenant administrator to obtain the IP network segment or VPC that can access CodeArts.
  • If you must access CodeArts through the public network, contact the tenant administrator to delete the private access configuration in CodeArts. You can perform the following operations:
    • Access CodeArts through the IP network segment and delete the configuration on the All Account Settings > General > Intranet Secure Access page.
    • Call the API of Deleting VPCEP Access Control Information on the public network.
