What Can I Do If My Build Task Is Queuing?

Symptoms

When you execute a build task, it remains in a waiting state without ever starting.

Cause Analysis

The concurrent executions allowed by your purchased package are insufficient.

Solution

1. Go to the CodeArts Build homepage.
2. Click Console in the upper left corner.
3. In the upper right corner, choose Billing > My Packages.
4. In the left-hand navigation pane, choose Orders > My Orders, search for the relevant order, and click Details.
5. Check the package specifications to determine the number of concurrent executions supported. For details, see Specifications.
