How Do I Test an RDS Connection?

Log in to CAE. On the Instance List page, click Remote Login of the component to be tested.
Run the curl -kv {RDS address}:{RDS port} command in the remote login window.
If the command fails, check the following configurations:
1. Check whether RDS and the CAE environment are in the same VPC.
2. If they are in the same VPC, check whether the security groups between subnets allow traffic to pass through.
3. If the access still fails after the preceding two conditions are met, submit a trouble ticket to CAE.
