Obtaining the Account, IAM User, Project, User Group, Region, Delegating Account ID, Agency Name, and Agency ID

Obtaining the Account, IAM User, Project Name, and Project ID

• Using the console
  1. On the Huawei Cloud homepage, click Console in the upper right corner.
  2. Hover over the username in the upper right corner and choose My Credentials.

  3. On the API Credentials page, view the account name, account ID, IAM user name, IAM user ID, project name, and project ID.

     The project ID varies depending on the region where your service is located.

Obtaining User Group Information

1. Log in to the Huawei Cloud console, access the IAM console, and choose User Groups in the navigation pane.
2. Click the name of the desired user group. View the user group name and ID.

Obtaining Region Information

1. Log in to the Huawei Cloud console, access the IAM console, and choose Projects in the navigation pane.
2. View the content in the Project Name column. The content in this column indicates the ID of the region where the project belongs.

Obtaining the Delegating Account ID, Agency Name, and Agency ID

Contact the account that created the agency to obtain the delegating account ID, agency name, and agency ID.

1. Obtain the delegating account ID.
   1. Log in to the console using the account that created the agency.
   2. Hover over the username in the upper right corner and choose My Credentials.

   3. On the API Credentials page, view the account name, account ID, IAM user name, IAM user ID, project name, and project ID.

      The project ID varies depending on the region where your service is located.

   The obtained account ID is the delegating account ID.

2. Obtain the agency name and ID.
   1. Log in to the IAM Agencies page using the delegating account.
   2. Hover over the desired agency to view its name (in the first line) and ID (in the second line) in the pop-up box.
