Error Codes

If an error occurs during API calling, no data is returned. But you can locate the error cause based on the error code of each API. Generally, if an error occurs during API calling, HTTP status code 4xx or 5xx is returned. The response body contains the specific error code and error information. If you cannot find the cause of the error, contact customer service and provide the error code for troubleshooting.

Format of the Error Response Body

If an error occurs during API calling, an error code and an error message will be returned, as shown in the following:

In the preceding information, error_code is an error code, and error_msg indicates the error message.

Description

If an error code starting with APIGW is returned after you call an API, rectify the fault by referring to Error Codes.
