Introducing the DLV Console

The DLV console consists of five functional modules: Screens, Scenario Templates, Data, Documentation, and Screen Development.

Logging In to the DLV Console

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. On the top navigation bar of the page, choose Enterprise Intelligence > Data Lake Visualization. The DLV console is displayed.

Screens

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, select Screens, and then click the Screens tab. On the Screens page, you can create, edit, preview, publish, copy, delete, and rename a screen, and view the existing screens.

Screen Combination

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, select Screens, and then click the Screen Combination tab. On the Screen Combination page, you can create, edit, preview, publish, copy, delete, and rename a screen combination, and view the existing screens.

Data

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, select Data. On the Data page, you can create, edit, delete, and view a data connection. DLV provides more than 10 types of data sources. You can select a data source type as required.

VPC Connection Management

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, choose Control Center > VPC Connection Management You can use a VPC connection to connect a cloud data source to DLV for data display on screens. On this page, you can create and delete VPC connections.

DLV supports the following data sources connected through VPC:

  • DWS
  • RDS for MySQL
  • RDS for GaussDB
  • RDS for PostgreSQL
  • RDS for GaussDB for Influx
  • RDS for SQL Server
  • Cloud Search Service (Elasticsearch)

Open Management

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, choose Control Center > Open Management. You can create, edit, delete, reset, and view applications on this page.

Scenario Templates

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, select Scenario Templates. On the Scenario Templates page, you can view all templates. The system simulates users' application scenarios and builds templates to suit specific scenario requirements.

Workspace Management

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, choose Control Center > Workspace. On this page, you can create, edit, and delete workspaces, set default workspaces, add members, and view workspaces.

Documentation

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, select Documentation. On the Documentation page, you can obtain desired help information, including product introduction, user guide, and FAQs.

Screen Development

Log in to the DLV console. In the navigation tree, select Screens. Locate the screen to be edited and click . The screen development page is displayed. On the screen development page, you can use the canvas, components, layers, and preview and publish functions required for data development. The screen development page is a major functional interface of DLV.
