Step 3: Create an RDS DB Instance

Procedure

On the DDM console, click Service List and choose Database > Relational Database Service.
On the displayed page, click Create DB Instance in the upper right corner, specify the required parameters, and click Create Now.
On the displayed page, confirm the configurations.
Confirm the configurations and click Submit.
Wait 1 to 3 minutes for the RDS DB instance to be created.
