Why Can't I Log In Even Though My Credentials Are Correct?

Check each of the following causes and address them individually. If the problem persists, submit a service ticket.

  1. Your Huawei Cloud account has already been upgraded to a HUAWEI ID, and the Huawei Cloud account name is now called Huawei Cloud tenant name. Please log in using the login ID, mobile number, or email address of your HUAWEI ID, which has already been sent to you through SMS or email after the account upgrade.
  2. You have a Huawei Cloud account and HUAWEI ID. The password you entered does not match the selected account. Please re-enter the correct account information to log in to Huawei Cloud.
  3. Your account might be an e+Partner administrator account. Please try logging in through the Huawei Enterprise Partner entry at the bottom of the login page.
  4. Your account might be a Huawei official website account. Please try logging in through the Huawei Website Account entry at the bottom of the login page.
