What Do I Do If a VPN Connection In Use Is Interrupted and a Message Is Displayed Indicating That Traffic from IP Addresses Not Whitelisted Generates?
This is usually caused by ACL configuration mismatch between the local and remote gateways.
- Verify that at the two ends of the VPN connection, the local and remote subnets are reversed and the ACL configurations are also reversed.
- Use the subnet/mask format when you configure interesting traffic in your on-premises data center. Do not use the address object mode since it may cause incompatibility issues.
