Why Can't I Play a Video on My Mobile Phone While I Can Play It Using the Browser on My Computer?
If a VOD source video or its transcoded output plays normally on a computer but not on an Android or iOS device, the video resolution may be too high. Some mobile devices, for example, do not support 4K playback. Convert the video to a lower resolution and try playing it again on the mobile phone.
