Adding Image Recipients

Scenarios

In addition to the members you have shared images with, you can add more image recipients.

Prerequisites

• You have shared private images.
• You have obtained the project IDs, account IDs, or organization URNs of the members to be added.

Procedure

1. Log in to the IMS console.
2. Click the Private Images tab.
3. Click the target image name to view image details.
4. Click Add Tenant on the Shared with Tenants tab.

5. In the Add Member dialog box, enter the project ID, account ID, or organization URN of the member, and click OK.

   To add multiple members, enter their project IDs, account IDs, or organization URNs and separate them with commas (,). Click OK.

   

   • You can share images only within the region where they reside. To share an image across regions, you need to replicate the image to the target region first.
   • A project ID uniquely identifies a recipient in a specific region. The recipient's project ID must be in the same region as the image. If you enter a project ID that belongs to a different region from the image, a message will be displayed, indicating that the recipient cannot be found in the current region.
