Subscriptions

A HUAWEI ID or an IAM/federated user account with fine-grained permissions listed in Table 1 can purchase a CodeArts Agent package. To learn about the differences between CodeArts Agent packages, see CodeArts Agent Edition Differences.

After purchasing a package, you can renew the subscription, change the package, or unsubscribe from the package on the Subscriptions page of the CodeArts Agent console. To perform these operations on the Subscriptions page, you need to use either of the following accounts:

  • HUAWEI ID that has been added as an enterprise administrator.
  • IAM/federated user account which is added as an enterprise administrator and has been assigned the required fine-grained permissions. For details, see Table 1.

For details about how to grant permissions to IAM users on the IAM console, see Creating a User Group and Assigning Permissions or Creating a User Group and Assigning Permissions (New Edition). For details about how to grant permissions to federated users, see Creating a User Group and Assigning Permissions. As there are two editions of the IAM console and the permissions are different, configure the permissions based on your actual IAM edition.

After the permissions of a user group to which a federated user belongs are modified, the enterprise IdP must be restarted to make the modifications take effect.

Enabling Pay-per-Use

The pay-per-use billing can be enabled after the CodeArts Agent basic or professional edition is purchased.

Usage exceeding the package quota will be billed on demand to keep the CodeArts Agent services active. If the pay-per-use billing is not enabled, you can still use CodeArts Agent, but the priority of your tasks in the queue will decrease correspondingly.

  1. Log in to the CodeArts Agent console using any of the following accounts:

    • HUAWEI ID with the enterprise administrator role
