Changing the Security Group of a DDM Instance

DDM allows you to change the security group of a DDM instance.

Precautions

Changing the security group of a DDM instance may disconnect the instance from its associated data nodes.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the DDM console.
  2. On the Instances page, select the DDM instance whose security group you want to change and click its name.
  3. In the Network Information area on the Basic Information page, click beside field Security Group.
  4. Click to apply the changes.
  5. View the results on the Basic Information page.
