Searching for Sign-in Logs

An agent or tenant administrator can search for and export agent sign-in and sign-out logs.

Prerequisites

The agent has the permission to export sign-in logs.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as an agent or a tenant administrator and choose Work Log > Sign-In Log.
  2. Set search criteria to search for sign-in logs based on the criteria.

    This parameter is not displayed when the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement is set to No and the permissions to search for all sign-in logs, to view all OU data, and to edit all OU data are not granted.

    Organization Unit

    Drop-down list

    OU. Search criterion.

    OUs are classified into Unorganized and organized OUs.

    You can filter organized OUs by keyword.

    You can click to delete the selected OU.

    You can select Include Sub-Organizations to search for sign-in logs of sub-OUs. If an OU with the number of sub-OUs exceeding the value of the system parameter Maximum number of OU organizational unit queries is selected, only the first x (the value of Maximum number of OU organizational unit queries) sub-OUs are selected.

    This parameter is not displayed when the data scope is set to Personal Data.

    The options are as follows:

    • Tenant administrator: Unorganized and all OUs under the current tenant are available.
    • Common agent:
      • When the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement is set to Yes, accessible OUs that have the read permission and Unorganized are available.
      • When the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement is set to No and the permission to search for all sign-in logs is granted, Unorganized and all OUs are available.

  3. Export sign-in logs.

    1. Click . The New Export Task dialog box is displayed.
    2. Enter a customized compression password.

      The compression password must contain letters, digits, and the following special characters: @#$%^&*+|=~!?,.:;-_'"(){}[]/><

      The compression password is a string of 8 to 12 characters.

      If the tenant parameter Specifies whether to set the password of the compressed file for exporting data. is set to No, an export task can be created without entering a compression password.

      You can click to view the plaintext password.

    3. Click OK.

  4. View export tasks.

    1. Click . The Export Task View dialog box is displayed.
    2. Download the sign-in logs of a task whose Task Status is Success.
    3. After the download is successful, open the exported file and enter the compression password to view the exported sign-in logs.

      If the tenant parameter Whether to set a password for compressing exported data is set to No, you can directly open the file without entering the compression password.
