Searching for Cases

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC, choose Case 2.0 > Case Workbench, enter a case title, and press Enter to search for the case.
  2. Click Advanced Search and set advanced search criteria to search for cases.

  3. Filter cases by tab page. You can view cases on the Todo, Unassigned, What I'm concerned about, What I created, Processed, or All tab page.

  4. Click to export cases based on filter criteria.
  5. Click to customize the view. Select the columns to be displayed in the list. To restore the default configuration, click Reset. Only icons for Whether To Upgrade and Restart Or Not are displayed next to case numbers, as shown in Figure 4.
