Querying Sign-In Records
Prerequisites
The agent has the permission to export sign-in logs.
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC as an agent or tenant administrator and choose .
- Set search criteria to search for sign-in logs based on the criteria.

- Export sign-in logs.
- Click New export task. The New export task dialog box is displayed.
- Enter a customized compression password.
The compression password must contain letters, digits, and the following special characters: _@%
The compression password can contain a maximum of 12 characters.
- Click OK. The export task is added successfully.
- View export tasks.
- Click Export task view. The Export task view dialog box is displayed.
- Click download corresponding to a task whose Status is Successful to download sign-in logs.
- After the download is successful, open the exported file and enter the compression password to view the exported sign-in logs.
