Can I Unsubscribe from EdgeSec?

Currently, manual unsubscription is not supported. If you no longer need EdgeSec protection or extension packages, you can Submit a Service Ticket.

You can unsubscribe from a purchased cloud service and apply for a full refund unconditionally within five days of the purchase. Each account can request five-day unconditional full refund for 10 times in a year. Handling fees are required if you unsubscribe from a service over five days after it is purchased.
