You can subscribe to Huawei Cloud Meeting in the following countries and regions:

• CN-Hong Kong region: Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Nepal, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Indonesia, Uganda, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye
• LA-Mexico City region: Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Chile, Guatemala, Trinidad and Tobago, Panama, Dominican Republic, Honduras, El Salvador, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, and Peru
• AF-Cairo region: Egypt

Cloud Meeting Rooms

One cloud meeting room (with one meeting administrator) is provided in each cloud meeting room package. Different meeting room specifications are available. The meeting duration is not limited. Huawei Cloud Meeting clients (PCs or mobile phones), professional meeting hard terminals, and PSTN calls are allowed to connect to the cloud meeting room. Each cloud meeting room has a fixed meeting ID. You can purchase cloud meeting room packages based on a monthly or yearly basis. The longer duration you purchased, the more discount you will get.

Access Accounts for Meeting Terminals

To access Huawei Cloud Meeting via a meeting terminal, you need to purchase the access account for that terminal. Yearly or monthly subscriptions are supported. Before subscription, call +86 4000-955-988 or +86 950808 and press 1 to contact customer service.
