After Static Website Hosting and an Acceleration Domain Name Are Configured for a Bucket, the Static Website Cannot Be Accessed Using the Acceleration Domain Name
Generally, after you configure static website hosting for a bucket and use the bucket to host your static website pages, you can bind an acceleration domain name to the bucket so that you can use the acceleration domain name to access the static web page files in the bucket.
If you cannot use the acceleration domain name to access the static website, perform the following steps:
- Check whether you have selected Static website hosting on the Edit Origin Server page on the Origin Settings tab of the CDN console.
- If not, click Edit in the Operation column of the origin server and select Static website hosting.
- If Static website hosting has been selected, go to 2. Figure 1 Selecting Static website hosting
- Check whether OBS has granted permissions to CDN.
Check the bucket type configured when you configure the acceleration domain name for the bucket.
- If you select Public bucket, CDN can access the bucket anonymously without requiring authorization from OBS. In this case, go to 3.
Selecting Public bucket poses high security risks. You should avoid using medium- or high-risk OBS buckets as origin servers.
- If you select Private bucket, CDN uses the built-in CDNAccessPrivateOBS agency for identity authentication to pull data from the OBS bucket.
On the IAM console, check whether the CDNAccessPrivateOBS agency exists on the Agencies page. If it does not exist, create one by referring to OBS Authorization. If it exists, go to 3.
- If you select Public bucket, CDN can access the bucket anonymously without requiring authorization from OBS. In this case, go to 3.
- Check the redirection rule you configured for static website hosting.
Ensure that the website of the HostName parameter in the redirection rule and the prefix page of the ReplaceKeyPrefixWith parameter exist and can be accessed. If both the configured website and prefix page can be accessed, go to 4.
