Do I Need to Activate My Windows OS and Paid Software After the Migration?

SMS migrates an entire server. After you use SMS to migrate a source server running Windows, you need to activate Windows and other paid software on the target server. SMS cannot help you activate Windows and other paid software. You need to contact the Windows OS provider and software providers to activate them.
