What Is the Maximum Size of a File That Can Be Stored in a File System?

For 250 MB/s/TiB, 125 MB/s/TiB, 40 MB/s/TiB, and 20 MB/s/TiB file systems, the maximum supported size of a file is 320 TB. For Standard, Standard-Enhanced, Performance, and Performance-Enhanced file systems, the maximum supported size of a file is 16 TB.
