Can I Unsubscribe from an SMS Package?
Due to the product policy adjustment, Message & SMS has stopped the SMS sending service since April 25, 2025, 00:00 (GMT+08:00). For the remaining part of a purchased package, contact your account manager or submit a service ticket to refund the fee without a handling fee.
